Posisi : Yarn Textile Engineer

Job Description :

• Develop the ability to meet production targets for all sections (Ring Frame, Open End, & MVS).
  Inform and report any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective area.
  Adhere to the SOPs of the respective sections.
  Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports on Yarn Quality and Productivity using Ms. Office (PowerPoint, Excel, & Word).
  Receive instructions and information from the outgoing shift at the start of the shift and communicate them to the incoming shift at the end of the shift.
  Ensure compliance with all company rules to maintain discipline in the workplace.
  Highlight any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective area.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Textile Engineering, especially for fresh graduates.
  Strong knowledge of the yarn spinning industry, including Ring Frame, Open End, and MVS.
  Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  Willingness to be stationed in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.
