Merekrut.com – PT Gunung Slamat (a REKSO Company) didirikan oleh keluarga Sosrodjojo pada tahun 1953 setelah mereka memproduksi teh melati pada tahun 1940. Selama periode itu, teh melati dikemas secara tradisional dan dikenal sebagai Teh Cap Botol. Selain teh melati, PT Gunung Slamat juga mulai memproduksi teh hitam dan teh hijau dalam teh celup dan kemasan teh lepas.

Muncul dalam berbagai kemasan dengan merek: Teh Cap Botol, Teh Celup Sosro, Teh Cap Poci, dll.

Untuk menyediakan produk berkualitas tinggi, PT Gunung Slamat mengekstrak bahan baku terbaik dari empat perkebunannya sendiri. Sedangkan varian melati dan gambir (Jasminum officinale) berasal dari produsen di sebuah perkebunan di Jawa Tengah, Indonesia.

POSISI LOWONGAN :

1. Accounting Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA 3.00
  Minimum 3 years of working experience in the finance and accounting field
  Experience from a Public Accounting Firm (preferred)
  Excellent in MS Excel, and SAP System
  Proven working experience as Assistant Accounting Manager/Manager, Accounting Supervisor
  Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading – Jakarta Utara

2. Admin Marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field with a minimum GPA 3.00
  Minimum 1 years of working experience in administration marketing role (fresh graduated is open to apply)
  Proficiency in using software tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Familiar with SAP System (Preferred)
  Familiar with marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
  Administrative marketing roles often involve juggling multiple tasks and projects, so the ability to multitask is important
  Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading – Jakarta Utara

3. Demand Planner

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Management/Administrastion/Business Studies with GPA minimum 3.00
  Having at least 1 years of working experience in Demand Planner/Supply Chain from FMCG/Distribution Industry
  Freshgraduated is open to apply
  Strong quantitative and analytical skills for analyzing data
  Proficiency to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
  Required Skills : Data Analyze, Good Communication, Problem Solving, Inventory Management & Forcasting
  Willing to be placed in Sunter – Jakarta Utara

4. Key Account Executive

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Management/Business Studies
  Have experience as a Key Account/Trade Marketing in FMCG for a min. 2 – 3 years
  Have a solid key account portfolio, network and track record in Modern Trade (MT) channel.
  Strong sales and distribution management skills.
  Excellent business knowledge and negotiation skills.
  Strong leadership skills.
  Based in Jakarta and handling for Jabodetabek Area.

5. Procurement Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Management/Business with GPA minimum 3.00
  Having at least 3 years or more of experience in procurement or purchasing (preferably from FMCG Industry)
  Experienced in handling purchasing of multiple brands
  Strong team player with ability to coordination with cross departement in the organization
  Having strong negotiation skill and interpersonal skill
  Detail, persistence, analytical thinking, well organized and able to work under pressure
  Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading – Jakarta Utara

6. Talent Acquisition

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology with GPA minimum 3.00
  Having at least 3 years or more of experience in talent acguisition / recruitment supervisor (preferably from FMCG Industry)
  Proficiency in using recruitment tools, software, and job portal platforms
  Proficiency to source and identify potential candidates through different channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  Proficiency in conducting effective interviews, including behavioral and competency-based interviews
  Experienced handling administration of recruitment progress
  Willing to be placed in Sunter – Jakarta Utara
