Management Trainee for Sales Head

Responsibilities

Lead the sales force (General Trade & Modern Trade) teams in conducting selling activities for penetration and spreading in the retail market which will ultimately increase the turnover and market share of the company’s products.
Approaching customers to be able to get payments on time and reduce the occurrence of bad debts
Increase customer loyalty in buying company products
Penetrate new products to increase the number of new stockist stores/ New
Open Outlets and new customer end users who use the company’s products
Monitor the performance of the sales force (General Trade & Modern Trade)

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Indutrial Engineering and Chemisty or equivalent & willing to travel locally
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or having working experience in the distributor industry max. 1 years much appreciated
Willing to be located/rotated in/to different areas of Indonesian market
Showing strong indication of the following competencies : Have strong Leadership potential, Strong cross-team collaboration skills, Possess good analytical thinking, Excellent communication capability, Result oriented show interest to other people and have a high potential leadership.
