RF Engineer

Job Description

Provide site database and data management tracker.
In charge for site planning and site survey verification.
Close coordination with implementation team, partner and Customer
In charge for collect single site verification result and problems
Prepare and provide regular statistic report, alarm, capacity and configuration as project team requirement.
Collect performance data from network and provide performance report
Provide basic analysis performance report
In charge to escalate problems for the not-passed sites to implementation team, and follow up until problem solved.

Qualification

Job Description

Prepare Project time schedule, Material & Resource
Project Progress Report (to Customer), Review BOQ & Acceptance, and Review acceptance from Subcon
FU Project Progress & Escalation
Evaluate and coordination with Subcon and region for progress, issue and other concern related to rectification
Recommend and execute corrective actions to handle project compliance
Verification, Evaluation and review data evident submission by Field FO team as meet qualification
Support monitoring and follow up SLA within and meet SLA target
Perform reconciling with region and customer to meet KPI as target

Job Description

Integrated plan accuracy, including master plan, human resource plan, MOS plan, subcont resource plan etc.
Ensuring Execution Planning for project service at project level are approved by project team and client and well during project execution.
Defining Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for the project
Defining cost control breakdown and system for cost reporting & analysis
Prepare independent evaluations of the project status based on interpretation of reports and own and team’s experience based judgement.
Long term inventory management, trace and push for long term inventory offset.
Project closing, push to close the pending issues and close projects as planned.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the project schedule.
