Japanese Translator

Qualifications:

Education : D3 Japanese Literature
Having a minimum 3 years experience as Interpreter and proficiency at level 3 (JLPT N3) is a must
Familiar in Ms. Office (Ms. word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
Good communication in English is an advantage.
Able to work as a team and individually
Hard Working, discipline, humble, target oriented, highly motivated and willing to work under pressure
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree or Diploma 3 in Industrial Engineering
Fresh graduate are welcome
Good English both verbal and written communication skills (able to speak Japanese is an additional point)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Able to work in a team or individual, good interpersonal skill, enthusiast for operating system dan software application, fast learner and pay attention to detail

Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

Education; Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting
Has 10 years working experience as Accounting, Finance or Tax
Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest, good in managerial skills to load the team, good personality and target oriented.
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

Design Staff

Qualifications:

Age maximum 27 years old
Education; Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering
Fresh graduated are welcome or min 1 years working experience as Design Staff is an advantage
Ability to draw and read Technical/Engineering Drawing
Experienced in using NX CAD Software is an advantage
Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

DX Promotion / IT

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or Diploma 3 in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering
Fresh Graduated or have 2 years of working experience related to IT operation
Have server and network operation skills
have IT certification (Cisco, Microsoft, etc) is advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Good interpersonal skill, enthusiast for network insfrastucture operation, computer hardware, operating system and software application, great communication skill, troubleshooting abilities, fast learner and pay attention to detail
Good English both verbal and written communication skills (able to speak Japanese is an additional point)

Quality Assurance

Qualifications:

Age maximum 25 years old
Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 in Computer Science, Informatics, or Information Technology
Fresh graduate or minimum 2 year of working experience related to Quality Control
Have knowledge/experience in Visual Basic, Programming, and Macros
Good English both verbal and written communication skills (able to speak Japanese is an additional point)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Able to work in a team or individually, honest attitude, dedication to the task and good analytic skill
Willing to work in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

Safety Asst Manager

Qualifications:

Age maximum 30 years old
Education; Bachelor Degree majoring in Safety, Public Health, Environmental Management or other related field
Mininum 3 years working experience in HSE department from oil and gas manufacturing field
Has a certificate General OSH Expert (AK3U), Fire OSH Expert (AK3 fire) and familiar with ISO 45001, SMK3, ISO9001, ISO14001.
Good technical knowledge in safety, health and environmental management
Good communication skills in English, dynamic and able to work in a team as well or individually
Having experience in Japanese Manufacturing Company is advantage
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

Training and Development

Qualifications:

Age maximum 26 years old
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Any Major
Have 2 years of working experience related to HR Specialized Training, People & Organization Development
Strong knowledge to conduct job analysis, TNA, Performance Management System and competency model
Good English both verbal and written communication skills (able to speak Japanese is an additional point)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Willing to work in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.
