Instrument Engineer

Profile Summary :

Instrument Engineer is responsible for manufacturing processes and control systems to continually develop the manufacturing equipment to ensure an efficient and reliable operation as required by the manufacturing and project engineering teams.

Responsibilities :

Lead technical resource for the manufacturing equipment control systems and calibration.
Identify areas of electrical and instrument reliability through data analysis and implement improvement changes with sound financial justification.
Take the Lead in investigating the feasibility of improvement ideas from others. Where appropriate take these plans though the justification, planning and implementation phases.
Support the maintenance technician team by providing all round support.
Maintain a system for software back-ups making sure that the latest versions are registered and always available for use.
Embrace and encourage others to use the change management process to ensure that risk assessments and equipment changes are correctly implemented – especially pertinent following software changes.
Maintenance for fire alarm conditions, CCTV, access control and all instruments at site.
Monitor and analyze energy use in the company to match the KPIs that have been set.
Support the project team by advising on equipment layout, creating control philosophies and integration into existing manufacturing structure.
Mentor the maintenance technicians to provide the right skills to allow them to carry out day to day maintenance of the new equipment.

Qualifications :

Minimum holds Bachelor Electrical/Electronic in Engineering
Minimum Having 3 years of experience in the relevant position
Ability to design, configure, create the structure of a new PLC program and demonstrate an understanding of networking PLC’s and peripheral devices.
Demonstrate experience of AC vector Variable speed drives, high speed servo drives and flow meters and load cells.
Knowledge of how current safety legislation is applied to safety control systems
Have experience in a operational environment, maintenance environment and project leadership
Demonstrate an understanding of good business acumen in relation to project justification and cost control.

Packaging Technologist

Profile Summary :

Packaging Technologist is responsible for define and develop packaging design, material, and specification as accordance with RB’s Global Standard, also make improvement for packaging material related to cost, supplier, design, etc.

Responsibilities :

Managing packaging material specification
Creating packaging item code
Managing artwork development through Brand works system and work closely with Artwork Agency as well as printing converter.
Work closely with packaging material supplier for packaging material development including samples preparation and color approval.
Conduct lab evaluation, line trial validation, transit test of new packaging specification and summarizing the result on detail closing report.
Involve in regular supplier visit & audit to determine the level of quality from packaging material supplier
Qualifying and validating new mold development for rigid plastic packaging format.
Driving the analysis of packaging quality issues and able to provide proven solution for the improvement action.

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree in Packaging Engineering or Mechanical/Chemical Engineer.
2 – 3 years of experience in similar FMCG sector and packaging materials
Good technical knowledge or rigid plastic, flexible laminate, paper based material
Good knowledge on Injection & blow molding process
Good knowledge on personal care manufacturing technology as well as printing technology.
Good knowledge of Intellectual Property issues associated with structural packaging design
Good knowledge and familiar with Sustainability in Packaging
Good knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and standards
Proven experience in generate productivity through Packaging Innovation.
Proven track record to manage multiple multi-functional projects
Fluently in English speaking as well as writing

Microbiology and Validation SPV

Job Description:

As the coordinator and Quality SME regards to qualification documents such as User Requirement Specification (URS), Functional Specification (FS), Design Specification (DS), Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) protocol and report, and prepare Performance Qualification (PQ) protocol and report for new and existing equipment and system, as well the execution process
Support validation and process assessment related to GxP standard and Hygienic design guidance
Support to conduct microbiological analysis and Conduct method suitability and Analysis Method Transfer (AMT) as required.
Supporting on conducting Microbiology analysis of all incoming raw material, water analysis and finished good product and reporting the result

Qualifications :

Minimum holds a bachelor degree in Microbiology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or any related
discipline.
Having 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in validation testing for consumer goods, healthcare, food & beverage, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industry.
Have a good knowledge and understanding on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and validation and qualification, computer system validation, data integrity, and hygienic design.
Computer literate (Windows, Power Point, Excel).
English literate (reading, written, spoken).
