PT Telkomsel kemudian didirikan bersama Indosat pada tahun 1995 dan meluncurkan kartu Halo pada tanggal 26 Mei 1995 sebagai layanan paska bayar.

Telkomsel menjadi operator telekomunikasi seluler terbesar di Indonesia dengan 139,3 juta pelanggan per 31 Desember 2014 dan pangsa pasar sebesar 51% per 1 Januari 2007. Jaringan Telkomsel telah mencakup 288 jaringan roaming internasional di 155 negara pada akhir tahun 2007. 1. Data Management

Data Management team plays a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize various aspects of our business operations. The team relates to collecting, processing, and visualizing company data.

If You Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics Engineering, and other related majors
  Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of work experience
  Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation areas in Indonesia
  Knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Science and Analytics

2. Finance and Account Management

Finance and Accounting Management team plays a pivotal role for the company’s financial activities to produce financial information that supports the sustainability of company’s business.

If You Have

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management, and other related majors
  Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of work experience
  Familiarity with Microsoft Office (particularly in Excel spreadsheet with related finance formula)
  Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation area in Indonesia
  Knowledge in Finance, Accounting, and Tax

3. Information Technology

As we embark on a journey to digitalization, the Information Technology team play a pivotal role in managing critical platforms and services that build and validate our products for release to customers. This team carrying out activities related to design, engineering, and implementation of information technology.

If You Have

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Informatics Engineering, System & Management, Computer Engineering, and other related majors
  Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of work experience
  Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation areas in Indonesia
  Knowledge of IT Strategic Management, Application/Software Management, IT Infrastructure Management, IT Services Management, and IT Security Management

4. Network Management

Network Management team is designed for someone who has interest in advancing network performance. This team relates to formulating architecture, design/modelling, infrastructure development, installation, and maintenance as well as network devices.

If You Have

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, and other related majors
  Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of work experience
  Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation area in Indonesia
  Knowledge in Network Strategic Management, Physical Network, Virtual Network, Network Supporting, and Network Services.

5. Product and Marketing Management

Product and Marketing team consists of individuals who are eager to dive into the world of telecommunications product and marketing and contribute to our company’s growth and success. This team responsible for managing product/service development based on the results of marketing activities, including formulating marketing strategies to meet market needs in accordance with customer needs.

If You Have

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Management, Economics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, and other related majors
  Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of work experience
  Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation area in Indonesia
  Knowledge in Product and Service Management and Marketing Management

6. Sales and Customer Management

Sales and Customer Management team consists of individuals who has passion in the telecommunications industry, especially in sales. This role relates to product/service sales activities, managing customer experience and providing services to customers.

If You Have

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, and other related majors
  Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of work experience
  Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation areas in Indonesia
  Knowledge in Sales Management, Customer Experience, Customer Care & Support.

7. Legal and Regulatory

Legal and Regulatory team carry out work activities related to legal aspects and regulations/legislation in accordance with the company’s business needs so that the policies taken and company operations run in accordance with applicable legal corridors.

If You Have

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Legal Studies, and other related majors
  Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of work experience
  Familiarity with Microsoft Office

  Knowledge of Corporate Legal, Litigation, and Regulatory.

8. Supply Chain Management

In Supply Chain Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain and supervision activities, starting from procurement of goods/services, card production & distribution, and warehousing.

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, and other related majors

  Familiarity with Microsoft Office
