HPM memiliki kantor pusat yang terletak di Jakarta Utara, sedangkan pabriknya terletak di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Produk-produknya yang ada di pasaran diantaranya Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V, Honda Civic, Honda Brio, Honda Accord, Honda City dan juga Honda Odyssey. Saat ini, HPM memiliki sekitar 85 dealer yang tersebar di Nusantara. Lalu, pada tahun 2014, HPM mulai mengoperasikan pabrik keduanya sekaligus meluncurkan lini baru produknya yakni Honda Mobilio. Posisi Lowongan :

A. LEVEL STAFF

General Qualifications:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
    Independent and ready to work in the manufacturing industry
    Strong analytical thinking
    Attention to detail and target-oriented
    Discipline and firm
    Proficient in Ms. Office
    Proficient in English (both oral & written)
    Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL
    COVID-19 vaccine certificate-full doses (up to 1st booster are welcome)
    Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)

1. TALENT ASSESSOR STAFF

As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Analyze, evaluate and conduct assessment process for new hires using multi-tools also manage talent pool according to company and user needs.

Specific Requirement:

  • Major: Bachelor of Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, HR Management.
    Proficient in various assessment tools
    Proficient in Behavioral Event Interview
    Placement in Karawang, West Java

2. RISK MANAGEMENT STAFF

Coordinate with internal department and external parties to implement and verify risk management activities.

Specific Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3)
    Have knowledge about risk management
    Willing to be placed at Karawang, West Java

3. INDUSTRIAL RELATION STAFF

Coordinate and maintain communication with labor-related third parties regarding employment activities, update and monitor the compliance and implementation of government-regulated employment policy.

As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Specific Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Law
    Work under shifting hours
    Placement in Karawang, West Java

4. IT MAINTENANCE STAFF

Maintain the operations of IT systems to ensure the systems run effectively. Install, repair, and servicing of hardware and software computers. Develop and integrate IT systems and programs to support company activities.

As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Specific Requirement:

  • Major: Diploma of Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Informatics Management
    Have high customer orientation competency
    Willing to work under shifting hours
    Willing to be in contract for one year
    Placement in Karawang, West Java or Sunter, North Jakarta

B. OPERATOR LEVEL

1. OPERATOR PRODUKSI

Bertugas dalam menjalankan proses produksi, perawatan mesin dan peralatan yang ada sesuai standar operasional prosedur.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pria
    Pendidikan SMK Teknik Kendaraan Ringan, Permesinan, Pengelasan, Teknik Bisnis Sepeda Motor, dan Teknik Perbaikan Bodi Otomotif
    Usia 18-20 Tahun
    Tinggi badan minimal 166 cm; berat badan ideal
    Tidak memiliki gangguan penglihatan
    Nilai rata-rata rapor 7
    Sudah vaksin hingga booster ke-1 (lebih disukai apabila sudah booster ke-2)
