Accounting Supervisor

Job Requirements:

Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable local University
Proven working experience of at least 3 years in the Accounting area in a multinational company
Have working experience in an IPP/ Power Plant company and/or a big 4 audit firm for at least 1 year is a good point
Good understanding of IFRS and PSAK (especially IFRIC 12/ ISAK 16 and IFRS 16/PSAK 73), as well as Indonesia tax regulation
Capable to work effectively and precisely with minimum supervision and able to meet established goals & objectives within the specific deadline
Good in communication in English both verbal and written is mandatory, presentation and interpersonal skills
Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experienced in SAP or equal accounting computerized system
Possess excellent team-building skills
Has mature personality, self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to make a plan to achieve the target
Detail-oriented, thorough, with good analytical skill

Warehouse Supervisor

Job Requirements:

Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering
Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar supervisory position
Minimum of 5 years experience in the warehouse at power industry or similar industry with 24/7 operations
Required skills: Warehouse Management System, Inventory Management, Logistics, Receiving, Distribution and Planning Management, ERP (SAP and Maximo), ISO, 5R, Leadership, Communication, Analytical thinking
Able to create and develop an SOP for the Warehouse Operations and familiar with the relevant business process for the Power Plant’s Warehouse or similar industry
Knowledge of typical safety and environmental requirement for the storage of hazardous materials
Knowledge of Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting the overall activity of warehouse operations
Knowledge of typical procurement activity, Knowledge of typical procurement activity
Experience with the implementation of computerized Accounting systems & Maintenance Management systems, inventory control, and warehouse management systems
Good leadership skills in a multicultural environment
Thorough understanding of health, safety, environmental aspects, and quality program conversant
Possess excellent team-building skills
The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)
