Perkembangan perusahaan terus membaik seiiring dengan perjalanan waktu hingga memasuki era tahun 1990 yang persaingannya semakin kompetitif.

Mengingat pasar yang semakin berkembang & persaingan industri farmasi yang kian ketat, maka pada tahun 1997 perusahaan menggandeng PT Kalbe Farma Tbk yaitu perusahaan farmasi terbesar di Tanah Air yang memiliki kompetensi dalam industri tsb untuk bekerjasama meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan perusahaan berubah nama menjadi PT Sakafarma Laboratories. Pada akhir Agustus 2009, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) menguasai seluruh kepemilikan PT Saka Farma Laboratories.

POSISI LOWONGAN YANG DIBUKA :

Station: Head Office, North Jakarta (1-3)

1. Brand Manager

Job Responsibility :

• Develop and implement marketing strategy to achieve business objective
  Develop and maintain brand image through research and promotion activity
  Monitor branding activity and competitor performance
  Responsible for NPL and risk management
  Develop suitable pricing strategy
  Monitor and control brand’s financial performance, COGS, etc.
  Collaborates with external party such as advertising agency, media, to implement marketing strategy
  Monitor, control and evaluate team performance

Requirement :

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree
  Minimum 3 years experience in similar position, having
  experience in handle market leader brand will be preferred
  OTC or FMCG background are welcome, having OTC background will be preferred
  Work closely with sales team
  Excellence skills in communication, presentation, strategic and analytical thinking
  Willing to relocate (to Head Office, North Jakarta)

2. Sales Trainer

Job Responsibility :

• Work closely with field sales leader to define branch performance gaps as well as recommend and implement changes to people, sales systems and processes
  Implement training programs and curriculum to address the needs and competencies identified in coordination with internal and external parties.
  Plan and manage the overall training and development activities by ensuring effective plan implementation within agreed timeline and with high quality.
  Maintain accuracy of the training records for the assigned area
  Counsel with sales leaders and provide advice on appropriate learning interventions/solutions.
  Provide training to channel partner and external stake holder on product knowledge

Requirement :

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree
  Minimum 3 years experience in sales/marketing with training public speaking background
  Have excellent understanding in Consumer Goods / OTC commercial (Sales & Marketing) business process
  Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  Good leadership with ability to motivate a team
  Able to coordinate & collaborate cross functionally within organization
  Willing to work in North Jakarta

3. Administration

Job Responsibility :

• Ensuring that the management of representative office funds is in accordance with the applicable SOPs.
  Perform physical document archive representative office.
  Optimizing the process of closing representative office cost.

Requirement :

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  Able to processing data in Ms. Excel
  Have attention to details, thorough and neat
  Have good communication to various parties
  Willing to work in North Jakarta

4. PPIC Material Supervisor

Job Responsibility :

• Ensure material availability and support planning for the use of raw materials and packaging materials related to regulatory compliance
  Support launching new products or packaging change projects
  Maintain material inventory (raw materials and packaging materials) so that inventory levels are optimal
  Review and send reports on the income and use of raw materials regularly and in accordance with the specified deadlines
  Ensure and evaluate the implementation of PPI preparation (batch number, recipe, manufacturing date, expiry date, HET and material completeness)
  Ensure and evaluate the list of valid recipes and the implementation of FPDOL for replaced recipes or obsolete products has been carried out properly and appropriately
  Create ideas for improvements and make improvements in the work area and the company in general, including implementing digital improvements
  Maintain quality management system documents for the supply chain area so that the quality management system documents always comply with the updated ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 regulations and ensure implementation in accordance with ISO
  Ensure that K3 implementation and environmental policy implementation are implemented in the work area

Requirement :

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Management or Chemical Engineering.
  Minimum 1 years working experience in a similar position or related industry
  Able to operate oracle
  Understand about PDCA and have coaching skills
  Willing to be placed in Pulogadung

Station: Site Cikarang (5-8)

5. Technical Support Supervisor

Job Responsibility :

• Ensuring the Technology Transfer Project runs well on Manufacture Site and Toll Out
  Trial in production (internal toll out), related to RM diversification, machine changes, trouble shooting, develop existing products to make them more robust and efficient
  Independent in carrying out laboratory trials (provision of RM stock, weighing, evaluation and reports)

Requirement :

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Apothecary
  Minimum 1 years working experience in a similar position or related industry
  Experienced in the pharmaceutical industry, able to work well with various parties
  Good communication, decision making, analytical thinking, and problem solving skill
  Willing to be placed in GIIC Cikarang, West Java

6. Production Supervisor

Job Responsibility :

• Ensuring the implementation of the production process in accordance with established procedures and production plans.
  Overseeing the production process to ensure compliance with established procedures and production plans.
  Guaranteeing the accuracy and completeness of all administrative documentation related to the production process.
  Conducting performance evaluations of the entire team and monitoring the achievement of predetermined targets.

Requirement :

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Apothecary
  Minimum 1 years working experience in a similar position or related industry
  Understanding of machinery and production processes,
  Have managing relationship and building customer royalty
  Willing to be placed in GIIC Cikarang, West Java

7. Product Development Staff

Job Responsibility :

• Conduct preformulating studies for new product development (literature search, journals, internet).
  Develop simple research designs (including formula designs).
  Conduct lab-scale, pilot-scale, and production support trials for tablets, capsules, liquids, and semi-solids.
  Create research protocols and reports.
  Conduct taste panels for developed products.

Requirement :

• Education minimum D3 Pharmacy Degree
  Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
  Basic knowledge of formulation and literature search for formulation.
  Ability to conduct physical evaluation of dosage forms.
  Ability to operate lab-scale trial machines.
  Independent, fast learner, and adaptable.
  Willing to be placed in GIIC Cikarang, West Java

8. Warehouse Operator

Job Responsibility :

• Maintaining the quality of raw materials/packaging materials/finished products during storage.
  Carrying out the implementation of the receiving, storage, and distribution process for raw materials (RM/PM)
  Ensuring the implementation of quality, environmental, occupational safety and health management systems.
  Monitoring RM/PM and finished product stock levels.

Requirement :

• Minimum 1 years experience in warehousing
  Have basic mathematical knowledge.
  Understanding basic warehousing principles and applicable quality.
  Proficient in internal business processes and warehouse documentation.
  Willing to be placed in GIIC Cikarang, West Java
