1. Software Engineer (Back End)

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology
Experienced in using Java or Golang
Experience working with RDBMS or NoSQL is a plus
Experience working with Redis and Memcached is a plus
Experience with Elastic Search
Experience with CI/CD, TDD, Refactor/Rewrite system
Experience with Event-Driven Architecture such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
Experience with Git Flow
Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
Knows how to analyze log
Experience with pair programming is a plus
Experience with Linux syntax, Docker is a plus
Good sense of prioritization and product knowledge/product ownership
Critical thinking, fast learner, and excellent communication skills
Well-motivated, responsible for the deadline, and can work under pressure

2. Site Reliability Engineer

Qualifications

Min. 2-3 years as SRE / 2 years as software engineer and 1 year as devops / 2 years as devops and 1 year as software engineer
Deep knowledge of linux OS
Have knowledge about software version control (Git)
Able to write more complex script (Bash, Python, Ruby)
Proficient on programming languages (PHP, JS, Java, Golang, Python, etc)
Have knowledge about databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elastics Search)
Have knowledge about messaging system (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Able to create automation tools (Jenkins, Terraform)
Have knowledge about cloud technologies (GCP, AWS)

3. Technical Program Manager

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a software engineering role and at least 2 years of delivery management experience in the product organization.
Experience in managing deliverables from multiple vendors.
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies; Has ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in frontend development.
Experience in working with product based development.
Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, front-end technologies like Reactjs, Angular, Vue, Redux, Webpack
Experience in developing and maintaining PWA’s will be a definitive plus.

5. Associate Product Designer

Qualifications

0-2 years experience as UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
Have a good design craft (Desk research, Design theory, Wireframe and IA, Layout and composition, Icon and Illustration, Prototyping, User-flow, typography, color, user research, etc) and actively applying their skill to solving creative challenge
Communicates with peers effectively and in a timely manner.
Good at listening to and following through on feedback.
Ability to collaborate with other designer in the team
Able to deliver projects, working individually or in a pair.
Able to identify and communicate problems and process within the team
Understands impact of their work on design team and goals.
Achieves quality through considerable oversight.

6. Product Manager Lead

Qualifications

Have at least 5 years experience in PM related role and 1 year in leadership role
Have a deep understanding of product management and product development
Have knowledge about OTA is a plus
Experience in agile scrum method
Have knowledge about technical/system development (backend & frontend) is a plus
Have knowledge about user design & experience element
Have knowledge about research methodology, such as customer research

Qualifications

Good design craftsmanship skills, able to create beautiful UI with meaningful UX.
Understand basic research such as Usability Testing, In-Depth Interview, Competitive Analysis, etc.
Good understanding and ability to implement design principles (UX Laws, Gestalt Principles, Heuristic Usability, etc).
Have impactful design portfolios that demonstrate the process and problem-solving skills
Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, etc.)
Mastery in one of these (Desk research, Design theory, Wireframe and IA, User-flow, Design components (layout and composition), icon and illustration, prototyping, interaction design (motion), Design facilitator) is a plus

Qualifications
