Posisi : Assessment Specialist

• Responsible for end-to-end process and reports for selection, promotion and development to ensure the right taltents at the right positions in order to execute the company’s strategy.

Requirements :

• Have a Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology with GPA 3.00 of 4.00
• At least 1 year or working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experienced in carrying out and interpreting psychological test tools
• Familiar in utilizing competencies in assessment process
• Have knowledge of assessment centers is preffered
• Location : Head Office, Central Jakarta
