1. Corporate Communication (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Assist in developing and implementing company communication strategies.
  Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  Assist in planning and executing corporate events.
  Generate engaging content for various channels (blogs, social media, promotions).
  Support media relations and cultivate ties with journalists.
  Maintain and update company website content.
  Support internal communication through newsletters and memos.
  Monitor media and analyze industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Journalist, Corporate Communication, Public Relations, or a related field
  Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Relations or other relevant major with minimum GPA of 3.25
  Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
  Proficiency in Mandarin for business proposals is a plus.
  Good knowledge on managing corporate social media platforms.
  Strong organizational skills with solid time management.
  Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

2. Business Consultant (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Provide solutions through product offerings for business problems experienced by the company.

  Conduct sales mapping to facilitate new market opportunities.
  Maintain the company’s reputation by consistently providing up-to-date information about products.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales consultant, sales engineer, business development or a related field
  Bachelor’s degree in any major with minimum GPA of 3.25
  Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
  Proficiency in Mandarin for business proposals is a plus.

3. Research & Business Development Mineral Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Develop plans for business and development strategy
  Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies
  Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
  Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the project’s achievement
  Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
  Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors
  Provide suggestions, measures, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  Handle business deals operations and activities
  Oversee the implementation of different contracts
  Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  Create and present a detailed report for upper management

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or maximum 10 years of experience in the field of Mining Consultant, Mining Engineer or a related field
  Minimum Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or other relevant major with minimum GPA of 3.25

Job Description

• Collect company funds in terms of investment and debt.
  Manage short-term finances.

  Regulate the distribution of profits obtained.
  Make financial reports.
  Compile necessary data and analyze it against company revenue.
  Conduct interpretation of financial results.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economy or other relevant major with minimum GPA of 3.0.
  Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
  Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  Willingness to travel all around Indonesia.

6. Instruktur

Job Description

• Conduct training on the operation of heavy equipment provided by United Tractors
  Observe the operation of heavy equipment
  Create and generate reports based on training and observation outcomes
  Develop instructional materials related to heavy equipment operation training

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as Instructor, Trainer in Heavy Equipment Machinaries
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant major with Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  Able to speak English is adventageous
  Having Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications or training.
  Skilled in using heavy machinery provided by UT machine, such as an excavator, a bulldozer, and a dump truck.
  Willing to be relocated all around Indonesia.
