Future League Internship Program (FLIP Batch 5)

Future League Internship Program (FLIP) is an internship program intended for final-year students and fresh graduates that eager to work in a beauty company with a dynamic workflow.

Register if you are:

• Undergraduate students, min 7th semester or fresh graduates max 6 months after graduation
  Bachelor degree with GPA min. 3.00
  Have organizational experience
  Have strong motivation and a growth mindset
  Commitment to complete the Future League Internship Program.

POSISI LOWONGAN :

1. FLIP – Avoskin Event Intern

Description :

• Collaborate with the Marcomm Avoskin team to create event planning
  Execute task as part of the event technical team
  Collaborate with cross-divisions to create events for both branding and sales purposes
  Provide insights or ideas for developing Avoskin events.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student, min 7th semester or at least 6 month after graduation.
  Have organizational experience.
  Min. GPA 3.00.
  Have strong motivation and a growth mindset.
  Commitment to complete the Future League Internship Program.
  Willing to stay in Yogyakarta.

2. FLIP – Supply Planner Intern

Description

• Analyze demand history trend for stock supply allocation
  Working together with warehouse team and sales team to monitor stock supply allocation
  Build required reports to drive improvement of Supply Planning process

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student, min 7th semester or at least 6 month after graduation, major in Industrial Engineering/Engineering/Mathematics.
  Have organizational experience.
  Min. GPA 3.00.
  Have strong motivation and a growth mindset.

3. FLIP – Avoskin Socmed Content Creator Intern

Description

• Executing video content creation for Avoskin social media (especially reels)
  Collaborate with the Avoskin social media team to create plans and the editing process.
  Understand the latest content trends in the form of videos for beauty brands.
  Follow beauty trends and have an interest in this field.
  Confident, optimistic and have a strong desire to learn.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student, min 7th semester or at least 6 month after graduation.

Description

• In charge of creating Avostore Official content: https://www.instagram.com/avostoreofficial/
  Collaborate with the Avoskin social media team and Avoskin Sales to create plans and the editing process.

  Follow beauty trends and have an interest in this field.

Description

• Contacting institutions or agencies such as schools, campuses, and tourist attractions to organize collaborative events with Glow Better
  Manage administrative needs for the overall Glow Better event
  Coordinate event needs with the Glow Better team
  Searching for potential collaborations according to the Glow Better segmentation
  Ensure and oversee the event process from ideation to post-event
  Create reports and improvement plans from events

Qualifications

Description

  Collaborate with the creative team from concept development to delivery of final product.
  Develop strategic brand voice for multiple departments on a variety of channels.
  Create persuasive messages, tell compelling stories that generate brand loyalty in consumers.
  Participate in brainstorms and provide innovative ideas relative to digital landscape and trends.

Description

• Manage administration in the procurement team’s business processes
  Process purchases in the general procurement category
  Process local shipping according to internal and external team requests
  Sourcing in the general procurement category
