Tax Compliences (Mothly tax report VAT, WHT 21, 23 (26), 4 (2))
To control, develop the team and make necessary improvement in taxation key taks.
To manage CIT refund and VAT refund audit process.

Posisi : Production Plan (PPIC) Assistant Manager

Requirement:

Male, min 33 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma’s Degree.
Have management experience in production manufacturing at least 3 years.
Understand and be able to perform OPSI (Opening, Production, Sales, Inventory) management, cost management, departmental operational management.
Making production plans.
Have the ability to make reports.

Calculating various things for production purposes such as materials needed by the production process including material requirements from the production process to finished materials and Can ensure that the materials needed for production are met.
Production Scheduling Work out the production plan for each process according to the delivery requirements and review the schedule.
Comparison of realization with production plan : Process control to ensure the execution of the plan and ensure the planning is in accordance with the actual, in order to ensure punctual delivery.
Production statistics, analysis and reports : Collect data & count the downtime and non-compliance in the production process, in order to improve efficiency and plan guarantee.
Optimization of production guarantee system : After collecting related production data, if there is a loss time condition, does not reach the target, etc. it must immediately conduct a search for the cause (analysis) and countermeasures against the abnormal condition.

Cycle time improvement and Improve Line of Business in production process.
Improved efficienc like to Analyze and improve the per capita efficiency from three aspects of standard station, working hours and employment and Lean team operation with bottleneck removal and improvement as the cutting point and Staff Optimization.
Improve and promote lean layout with weak points as the key task: Optimal layout process involves allocating space and arranging equipment and other physical assets in such a way that the operating costs are minimized and process efficiencies are maximized.
Tooling standardization Process: control to ensure the execution of the plan.
Quick switch/die change :From different machines, different processes and other aspects of rapid mold change project promotion.
Talent development : Normal operation of Lean Academy and lean production personnel cultivation.
Safety and 5S system improvement.

Requirement:

Posisi : Engineering Staff

Requirement:

Male, 35 years old Maximum.
Candidate must possess at least diploma 3 from electrical engineering, industrial engineering or related field.

Can operate Autocad, solidwork.

Posisi : Mandarin Interpreter for Strategy Operation Staff

Job Description :

Direct translation Chinese – Bahasa Indonesia or otherwise.
Manage communication between Chinese and local partner or local staff.
Manage data and create reports for reporting/analysis/meeting purposes – HQ.
Report SOP progress from each department according to the timeline.
Managing Meeting Operations at the company level.

Requirements :

Male or Female max 35 years old.
