Invoice Control Staff

Requirement :

23 – 25 years old
Minimum S1 graduate with accounting & economics major
Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
Excelent administration (Power point and Excel )
Have high integrity, honest and trustworthy
Have knowledge of accounting system
Experience in forwarding to handle AR will be advantage

Job Description :

Create invoices and send them according to the invoice exchange schedule
Responsible for invoices made to customers
Coordinate with operation team, sales team and finance departments for smooth delivery and invoice generation
Archive all documents AR
AR journal in system
AP journal in system
Follow-up issue for invoices
