HR Esport Division Staff

Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment process of player & talent
Maintain player & talent agreement contract
Make calculation of any payment (tournament prize, endorsement fee, streaming fee, merchandise bonus, endorsement bonus, or other expense)
Support data of remuneration for payroll processing
Maintain discussion with team manager, talent manager, coach, etc about any terms & condition related to player & talent

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor degree of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related major.
Min. 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, especially from E-sport industry
Meticulous, organized, good communication skill, good analytical problem-solving skill, good with numbers & calculation.
Familiar with the dynamics of esports business
Familiar with the regulation of player & talent agreement contract
Willing to work mobile and long hours
Open for self-development
Placement: Jakarta
