2. Bar Bending Scheduler

Qualifications :

• Min. D3 of Civil Engineering
  Min. 2 years working experience in related fields
  Mastering drilling calculations and working drawings
  Computer skill : Ms. Office & AutoCAD

Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
3. BIM Engineer

Qualifications :

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Civil/ Architecture Engineering
  Min. 3 years working experience in High Rise Building Project
  Fresh Graduate with GPA min. 3.00 can apply
  Proficiency in BIM software & Autocad
  Computer skills (Ms. Office)

4. Chief QC

Qualifications :

• Max. 45 years old
  Min. Bachelor Degree of Civil / Architecture Engineering
  Min. 5 years working experience on the same field (preferably in high rise building project)
  Able to read shop drawings
  Understand the procedures & methods of work implementation
  Having knowledge of Quality Management System & ISO 9001:2015
  Computer Skill (Ms. Office)

5. Drafter

Qualifications :

• Min. Diploma of Civil / Architecture Engineering
  Min. 2 years working experience in related field
  Fresh Graduate with GPA min 3.00 can apply
  Mastering AutoCAD
  Able to work underpressure
  Attentive to detail
  Computer skill (Min: Ms. Office)

6. Commercial Staff

Qualifications :

• Min. Diploma of Civil Engineering
  Fresh Graduate with GPA 3.00 can apply
  Computer skills (Ms. Office)
  Have communication & negotiation skills

7. Engineer MEP

Qualifications :

• Maximum 45 years old
  Bachelor’s Degree from Electrical I Mechanical Engineering
  Minimum 5 years of experience as MEP Project especially high rise building
  Mastering computer program such as MS. Office and Autocad
  Advanced written and spoken communication skills
  Ready to join ASAP
  Placement: East Kalimantan

8. Site Engineer

Qualifications :

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Civil / Architecture Engineering
  Min. 3 years working experience in High Rise Building Project
  Fresh Graduate with GPA min. 3.00 can apply
  Mastering AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, Ms. Office
  Computer skills

9. HSE Staff

Qualifications :

• D3 majoring in Health/ Safety/ relevant
  Min. 2 years working experience in related field
  Fresh Graduate with GPA min 3.00 can apply
  Familiar with job safety analysis, hazard identification, risk management, and accident investigation
  Have HSE certification and general K3 certification from Kemnaker is a advantage
  Computer skill (Min. Ms Office)
  Able to work under pressure

10. Mechanic

Qualifications :

  Min. 2 years experience of mechanic (on a construction project will be a + point)
  Able to work individually and team

11. Quality Control

Qualifications :

  Min. 3 years working experience in high rise building project

12. Purchasing

Qualifications :

• Education min. S1 from all major
  Having experience as purchasing at least 2 years (in a construction company is preferred )
  Having a good negotiation skill

13. Quality Surveyor

Qualifications :

• Min. Diploma of Civil Engineering
  Min. 2 years working experience in related field
  Fresh Graduate with GPA min. 3.00 can apply
  Able to work under pressure
  Computer skill (Min. Ms Office)

14. Quantitiy Surveyor – Mechanical Electrical

Qualifications :

• Diploma of Mechanical/EIectrical Engineering
  Min. 3 years experience in same position, especially in high rise building project
  Mastering computer program such as Ms. Office & Autocad
  Having knowledge in mechanical & electrical material and system
  Good interpersonal and communication skills

15. Site Manager

Qualifications :

• Min. Diploma of Civil / Architecture Engineering
  Min. 5 years working experience in related field
  Mastering AutoCad & Ms. Project
  Having knowledge of Quality Management System
  Having Certificate of K3 or SKA be a plus point

16. Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Min. Diploma of Civil Engineering
  Min 2 years working experience in related field

  Able to read and apply design drawing as a guide in the field

17. Surveyor

Qualifications :

• Min. Diploma all major

18. Translator Mandarin

Qualifications :

• Usia maksimal 35 tahun
  Pendidikan minimal S1
  Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai entrepreneur / translator / jubir mandarin
  Memiliki sertifikasi pelatihan / kursus bahasa mandarin
  Aktif berorganisasi & pandai berkomunikasi
  Bersedia ditempatkan di Sebuku, Kalimantan Selatan
